Voice-over and audio production prices
The final price depends on scope, usage and the project.
How the commercial voice-over estimate is calculated
Main recording: €106 for TV / WEB or €76 for radio. The price includes a 12-month usage licence in one selected medium.
Short / adaptation: a separate shorter voice version — €53 for TV / WEB or €38 for radio. The price includes a 12-month licence for the selected medium.
Additional medium: if you use the same already-recorded clip in another channel, add that medium’s voice licence for each selected clip or short — 50% of its base voice rate (€53 for TV / WEB or €38 for radio). Longer licence terms use the selected term multiplier. VO-only work has no additional technical adaptation fee. If a new version must be recorded for another medium, add it as a short/adaptation.
Multiple main clips: the calculator applies a production multiplier to main clips with the same price base: 1 clip — ×1; 2 — ×1.5; 3 — ×2.25; 4 — ×3; 5 or more — ×3.75. TV / WEB share a base; radio is calculated separately. The multiplier applies to production, not licences.
The estimate lists main recordings, adaptations, and every additional-medium item separately. Production packages have separate additional-medium charges: a 50% voice-base licence plus €30 technical adaptation, or €50 technical adaptation for post-production-only packages.

Up to 200 words — €76. After that, pricing increases in blocks: +€30 for each additional 100 words up to 1,000 words, then +€20 per additional 100 words. Unlimited usage is included.
Examples: 400 words — €136, 1,000 words — €316, 3,000 words — €716.
IVR / phone system
From €76 per block of up to 150 words. Each block includes up to 25 phone prompt files; each additional file is €1.50. Above 500 words, the block rate is €60.

Corrections and partial script changes
If a recording does not match the approved script or agreed direction because of my mistake, or contains a recording or technical defect attributable to my work, I will correct it at no extra charge.
If you change an approved TV, WEB, or radio advertising script after recording — for example, a word, sentence, or price — this is a paid partial re-recording and edit (“pickup”): €53 for TV / WEB or €38 for radio, per affected clip. A fully replaced script is treated as a new project.
Production package changes: a partial change (voice plus either music or SFX) costs 40% of the selected package price; a full package change costs 50%. Replacing the voice in an existing edit costs €53 for TV / WEB or €38 for radio, plus €40/hour for editing. Re-syncing the edit costs €40/hour. The advertising VO pickup rate does not automatically cover explainer or IVR changes; those are assessed separately by scope.
Longer usage terms, additional media, short versions or other project requirements may affect the final price.
