Who handles your data

The data controller is Andrius Račinskas. Please send personal-data questions and requests to info@andriusracinskas.com.

Project enquiries

An enquiry includes your name or company, email, project description, selected services, preliminary estimate and any file links you provide. I use these details to respond, prepare a proposal and discuss the project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract; business representatives' contact details are also processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Without contact details I cannot reply. Files are not uploaded directly to this website. Please do not submit unnecessary or sensitive personal information.

Where your enquiry goes

The website form sends an enquiry only to info@andriusracinskas.com. If email forwarding is enabled in Hostinger, a copy of that message is automatically forwarded to my Gmail mailbox; the website itself does not send a separate copy. Hostinger provides the website and primary email services; Google provides Gmail. I open file links to assess an enquiry or carry out the project. External file-sharing, WhatsApp and social-network services also have their own privacy information.

Retention

Enquiries that do not result in an order are retained for up to 12 months after the last communication, then deleted from the primary and backup mailboxes. Order, contract and accounting records are retained for the periods required by applicable law; information needed for a dispute may be retained until it is resolved.

Calculator and necessary storage

Calculator selections and contact details needed when switching language may be temporarily stored in the browser-tab session to preserve an unfinished estimate. A server session and technical safeguards support secure submissions and abuse prevention. Analytics consent is not required for this functionality.

Google Analytics and your choice

Google Analytics is enabled only when you choose “Allow analytics”. With your consent, it measures visits and successful enquiries confirmed by the server. The website's measurement code does not send names, email addresses, project descriptions, file links or estimate contents. Ad personalisation and Google Signals are not enabled.

Your consent choice is stored in your browser for 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days and may be renewed when you visit. You can change your choice using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. Declining disables analytics and removes its website cookies, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You can still use the calculator and contact options.

Providers and transfers

Hostinger and Google may use infrastructure or service providers outside the European Economic Area. Transfer terms and safeguards depend on the service and its contractual terms. You can request details applicable to your data by email. See also the Hostinger privacy policy and Google privacy policy.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and, where applicable, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Analytics consent can be withdrawn in Cookie settings. Send requests to info@andriusracinskas.com. You may also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate or your local supervisory authority. This website does not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on you.
